Miley Cyrus and Mika Brzezinski have something in common: they can't stop.

Cyrus sings that she "can't stop" partying on her single, which she famously performed on Sunday's MTV Video Music Awards. Brzezinski can't stop talking about what an awful mess it was and how ashamed we should all be to have any part in it.

"Somebody should be fired!" Brzezinski railed on Tuesday's "Today," where she was a panelist on the "Today's Professionals" segment.

Brzezinski previously ranted about Cyrus' performance on Monday's "Morning Joe." Now she took her complaints to broadcast television.

Her co-panelist, Star Jones, came in as the voice of reason, saying "didn't we expect this? MTV pushes the envelope every single year."

VMA Miley Cyrus RObin Thicke"There's pushing the envelope and there's porn, there's raunchy porn that's disgusting and disturbing and seeing a young girl -- a 20 year old young woman literally in the process of her undoing and everyone clapping for it and being disturbed by it and talking about it and showing it,"  Brzezinski said, as "Today" did exactly that, showing clips of Cyrus's undoing/performance.

Matt Lauer tried to get a word in to agree with Jones, saying it was "ridiculous" to be this surprised and upset.

"Matt and Star! Oversexualized is one thing. Is it sexual to stick your face in the back of a life-sized teddy bear and stick your tongue out?" Brzezinski cried, asking a question it's safe to assume has never before been asked in the history of human speech.

In the end, Jones broke it down: "Hannah Montana is dead!"
